This women-only retreat is a replenishing, luxurious pause for those of us who are tired of surviving work and ready to reimagine it. Rooted in the Restful Leadership framework, this retreat invites you to step away from grind culture, tend to your own healing, and practice new ways of being well at work and in life.

Many of us are grieving, transitioning, holding equity work, caregiving, and still trying to show up as “excellent” in workplaces that were not designed with our wellbeing in mind. This 4-Day Retreat is a love offering to those of us who refuse to let work kill us, and who are learning, together, how to build work lives we don’t have to escape from, while we reimagine and rebuild the systems around us.
