wellness room micro-coaching
Do you feel overwhelmed? Are you worried about an upcoming transition? Are you experiencing sadness, anger, fear, anxiety about work or life? Are you finding the conference triggering? Do you just feel burned out?
Or
Are you excited about an upcoming project or transition? Do you have important decisions to make? Would you benefit from a think partner as you enhance your self-care, squad care or social justice practices?
However you are feeling right now. You’re not alone. RAGE's Restful Leadership coaching can help you with rest and productivity.
Micro-coaching is a powerful approach that emphasizes brief, targeted coaching interactions designed to address immediate challenges, offer actionable feedback, and provide real-time guidance. These focused sessions, lasting no more than 20 minutes, can be conducted via text, quick calls, video conferences, or even asynchronously, making them adaptable to any workflow.
Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client. It is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. Coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any physical or mental illness. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy. In fact, coaching and therapy can work really well together. Coaching is also not consulting. Coaches rarely give advice, rather they hold space for Clients to tap into their own brilliance, and uncover what they likely already know. Coaching is a private space and discussions will be kept confidential.
Grounded in the principles of Restful Leadership these micro-coaching sessions are more than just quick fixes—they are transformative experiences. Restful Leadership, an anti-racist, trauma-informed, and human-centered approach, promotes liberatory leadership by centering rest as a vital practice for workplace well-being and personal transformation. This framework equips individuals to prioritize personal care, community and transformation, fostering a work environment that supports holistic wellness.
Restful Leadership partners with independent entrepreneurs and coaching professionals who bring their lived experiences, professional expertise and unique perspectives to our clients.
